One account can hold several players: you, your kids, or anyone whose matches you tag. Each player gets their own **Dashboard** and **Your game**, and a switch at the top of both pages moves between them. Adding players is part of Pro.

## Before you start

- You need a **Pro** or **Coach** plan to add players and switch between them. On Starter, your Dashboard and Your game show your main player.
- Your **main player** is the profile your account started with. If you made the account for your child, the main player can be them: rename it to their name.
- A player you add is not a separate login. Only you see their matches. If they should have their own app and training, invite them as an athlete instead (see [Working with a coach](https://www.getgoodatbadminton.com/docs/working-with-a-coach)).

## Add a player

1. On the website, open **Settings** and choose **Players**.
2. Under **Your players**, type the new player's name and press **Add**.
3. Already tagged them as an opponent or partner? Pick them from **Or add a saved player…** and press **Add** instead. Every match you already tagged them in comes with them, so their Dashboard fills in straight away.

Press the pencil to rename a player. Press the bin, then **Confirm**, to remove one. Removing never deletes a match: the player goes back to being a saved player in **Everyone you've tracked**, and you can add them again later. Your main player can't be removed.

## Tag a match to the right player

When you set up a match, the **Players** step asks **Who's playing**. Choose the player, and the slot you mark becomes theirs. It starts on whoever your Dashboard is showing.

- Pick **None of them** if none of your players is in the match.
- On a match you already set up, open it from **Match Tracker** with the pencil. Each player row has a chip per player on your account: tick the one that slot is.
- In the app, the **Track** screen shows the same **Who's playing** chips above the players.

A match only counts on a player's Dashboard and Your game when one of its slots is that player. If a match is missing, check its players with the pencil.

## Switch between players

The switch sits at the top of **Dashboard** and **Your game**, on the website and in the app. Choose a name and the page reloads for that player. Your choice stays until you change it, and it carries across both pages.

## What changes with the player

**Follows the player you pick:**

- Every number from matches: the Dashboard summary, **Since your last match**, your dashboard and board charts, the trends in **Your game**, goal grades and the pro benchmark.

**Stays with your account:**

- Training, plans, beep tests and other logged numbers.
- Wearables and readiness.
- The **Coach brief** and **Insights for you** on the Dashboard. These are written for your main player, so they're hidden while another player is shown.
- Ask GGAB answers about your main player for now.
