Signing up

To create an account, sign up and confirm your email if we ask, then finish payment to unlock the app. Before you pay, you'll agree to our:

• Privacy Policy

Staying signed in

Once you sign in, we keep you signed in, so you shouldn't have to log in every time you come back.

You may still need to sign in again if:

• You sign out yourself.
• Your browser clears its data.
• You use a private browsing window.
• Your sign-in expires.
• You switch to another browser or device.

Billing

Use the billing area to manage your plan. If a payment or your plan ever looks wrong, contact support and use the same email you signed up with so we can find your account quickly.

Tokens

Tokens pay for automatic tracking. Free tokens may reset each month, and any tokens you buy don't expire.

When you send a match for tracking, we show you the cost and set aside that many tokens. We charge the real cost once the match finishes. You can read more in Tracking and Tokens.

Privacy

Your match videos and your data stay private to your account, and they stay that way unless you choose to share them. To see how we handle your data and what rights you have, read the Privacy Policy.
