Training

Log your practice, add drills, and reflect with the AI assistant.

What Training is for

Training is where you log your practice — your sessions, your drills, and your conditioning — and then reflect on them with help from an assistant. You don't need any tracked matches to use it.

Open it from Training in the sidebar.

The calendar

The Training page shows a calendar of your sessions, with the year along the side. Click a day to see just that day's sessions, or click Clear to see them all again. Each session card tells you how long the session ran, how many activities it had, and the types of activity.

Sample data — the Training page: activity calendar, New session, and session cards.

Create a session

Click New session to log some practice. Each session has:

  • A type — matchplay, drills, multifeed, or conditioning.
  • A length in minutes.
  • A date.
  • Notes, if you want them.

Inside a session

Open a session to fill it in:

  • Details — change the type, length, date, and notes.
  • Activities — add activities with + Add activity, where each one has a type, a length, and notes. You can reorder them or remove them.
  • Notes — a box for your thoughts after practice.

Reflect with the assistant

Click Reflect with assistant to talk the session through. The assistant asks you questions about it, and you answer each one. Your first few answers are free, and after that your answers use tokens. When you finish, we save your reflection as questions and answers you can read back later.

How Training connects

Your sessions build up a history that Ask GGAB can draw on, so your practice and reflections can shape what you see in your insights. Pair your training notes with Performance Insights to turn your match patterns into a practice plan.
