The match recap is a full-screen read of one of your matches. This page shows what's in it, when it opens, and how to open it again.

When it opensLink to this section

• It opens by itself the first time you open one of your own tracked matches in Match Breakdown. That includes opening the match from the Your match is fully tracked notification.
• It opens once per match. If you've seen it on the web, it won't open again in the app, and the other way round.
• There's no recap for a pro match, or for a match a friend shared with you. On the web there's also none in compare mode, or when a coach views an athlete's match.

Close it with the cross at the top right. On the web you can also press Esc.

GGAB's coaching for this matchLink to this section

A card labelled GGAB · Let's talk. Its heading is the main thing to work on from this match, with a line of your numbers under it. It can also show Rewatch with a time in your video.

Press the card to open the chat with the full breakdown already posted, so you can reply to it. The recap closes as the chat opens. On the web the card says Full breakdown.

The card only shows when GGAB has something to coach you on.

Played most likeLink to this section

GGAB searches its pro match library for the pro match that played most like yours. While it searches, pro names flicker over a cloud of moving dots. Then you see:

• the pro whose side of that match played most like you
• who they played, the tournament and the round
• how alike the two matches are, as a percentage marked alike
• Breakdown and Watch, explained below

How the match is chosen:

• Only pro matches of the same kind count: singles with singles, doubles with doubles.
• The handedness matchup has to be the same. A left-hander against a right-hander is only compared with other left-against-right matches.
• It compares the shots played, how points ended and rally length. Height, weight and age count too, where they're known for both players.

If no pro match has your handedness matchup yet, you see No pro match shares this handedness matchup yet. If there's nothing to compare for another reason, the section is left out.

Search again checks the library for new pro matches. If none have been added, you get the same pro, with a line saying there are no new pro matches since the last search. If there are new ones, only those are compared with your match, and the line says how many were searched.

If your device is set to reduce motion, the result shows without the animation.

Match reportLink to this section

Your Match Report for this match: a headline and a short read, then findings marked Went well or Cost you. Each finding shows your rate, your usual or Pros, same measure, how many points apart they are, and a Rewatch line. The recap shows a shorter version of each finding. For more, see Match Breakdown.

On the web, Regenerate at the bottom writes a fresh report.

In the app, the Match Report is part of the Pro plan. On other plans it shows dimmed with a Pro label.

1. In the sidebar, choose Performance Insights, then Match Breakdown.
2. Pick one of your own matches.
3. Press Recap at the top of the page.

1. Open the menu, tap Performance Insights, then Match Breakdown.
2. Tap the Match card and pick one of your own matches.
3. Tap Match recap, the row that says Played most like · Match report.

What Breakdown and Watch doLink to this section

Both are under the pro match in Played most like.

• Breakdown opens that pro match's page on GGAB, with the result and the match tracked shot by shot. On the web it opens in the same tab. In the app it opens in a browser window inside GGAB.
• Watch opens the pro match's video on YouTube. On the web it opens in a new tab. It only shows when we have a YouTube link for that match.
